Helloooooo my Darlin Dears, Woodland Creatures & Gnomes of the Forest,
Your pie baking braided farmer Miss Lamb here,
Yet again...it is the dreams:)
A few lovely days ago, after weeding the garden for a couple of hours, I decided to take a nap under the pecan tree:)
One of my favorite things about falling asleep outside, under trees, is that as you are falling asleep, light dances across your cheeks....if you are wearing a lovely spring cotton dress, you can feel the circles even play across your legs:)
On this particular time...I had a dream that I turned into an Orchard...& a Garden:)
Basically...I started growing Fruits and Vegetables from myself....First, I was covered in strawberries....They started growing from my braids in my hair....then I grew Apricots....they were growing from all over my head:) Squash and Zuchinni were growing from the curve of my neck....Blackberries were growing from behind my ears.....it went on and on...
Goodness gracious it was intense and so real...I kept on thinking about "How in the heck am I going to milk Ohio with all of these fruits and veggies growing from me?"
But....I do not ignore inspiration.... So I shall try to re-create this dream in my images:)
"From The Orchard" ( I might change the title:)
Ooohhh the comedy behind it though...I found myself yesterday trying to balance a Zepher squash from the garden on my shoulder....in over hald of the captures I am ruining the image with my laugh...It was even funnier knowing I was alone in the middle of nowhere trying to balance a veggie on my shoulder :)
....& how weird, I must admit, I am :)
What do you think of the picture darlin dears?:)
Apricots, Animals of the Forest and a promise of happiness
